Overview
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) preparation concentrates growth factors from the patient's own blood for tissue regeneration.
Process Steps
- Draw 30-60 mL of venous blood
- Place in centrifuge at 1500 RPM
- Separate platelet-poor plasma
- Concentrate platelet-rich layer
- Activate with calcium chloride
